Find your Mahindra EV's real-world range

Select your model and battery pack, then enter three numbers from your car and the Me4U app. The calculator shows your efficiency (km/kWh), projected full-charge range and what your charging cost you, and keeps a history on this device.

The formula

Range = ODO ÷ (kWh charged − Battery remaining) × Pack capacity

Tips to get more range

  • Keep highway speeds moderate — aerodynamic drag rises sharply with speed.
  • Pre-cool the cabin while plugged in, and use eco/regen modes in city traffic.
  • Keep tyres at the recommended pressure and avoid carrying unnecessary weight.
  • Charge on AC at home when you can — it is usually much cheaper per kWh than DC fast charging.

Frequently asked questions

How does the range calculator work?

It works out the energy you actually used — kWh charged minus what is still left in the battery (pack size × current SOC) — then divides the km driven by that to get km/kWh. Multiplying km/kWh by the pack size gives your projected range on a full charge.

Where do I find the kWh charged?

Use the charging history in the Me4U app (or your charger/charging-station receipts). Count only energy you charged into the car, not energy recovered from regenerative braking.

Why is my range lower than the claimed figure?

Official figures come from standard test cycles. Real range depends on speed, AC use, load, terrain, tyre pressure and temperature. Highway speeds above ~100 km/h and heavy AC use reduce range the most.

Are the community benchmarks real owner data?

No. The benchmark cards and chart are illustrative sample figures for reference, not a live data feed. Your own result is calculated only from the numbers you enter.

Is this an official Mahindra tool?

No. It is an independent, free tool by Sugosh Jupalli and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. Model names are used only to identify the vehicles.
